The two story high, dimmable three way track lit stairway/landing/hallway space makes for a great entrance gallery space to hang works of art and photographs. At the foot of the entrance is a door that leads to the insulated garage and the apartment’s one year old Whirlpool washer and dryer. Off the hallway are the bedroom, bathroom, storage closet with attic access and side hallway to the kitchen and living/dining room.
Bedroom
At the head of the stairs is the bedroom. The bedroom has a second door affording direct access to the living/dining room. The room is cooled by a window air conditioner and an original white, brass faced Hunter ceiling fan with pecan blades and light. Newly installed designer curtain rods, sheers and curtains add ambiance to the bedroom’s two windows.
Bathroom
At the end of the stairs is the updated period bathroom. The restored claw foot tub also has a chrome shower conversion fixtures. Over the pedestal sink is a beveled glass medicine cabinet and period light. White Edwardian Lincustra wainscoting adds a touch of period elegance to the bathroom.
Kitchen
The kitchen has dark stained oak cabinets above and below the counter, stainless steel sink and Kohler baton faucet, full size frost free refrigerator and pilot-less ignition gas range. A pass through in the kitchen wall to the living/dining room adds a feeling of spaciousness to both rooms.
Living/Dining Area

The quarters are available for immediate occupancy. The one year minimum lease is for $795/per month plus metered utilities with a standard one month security deposit paid in advance.
